By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. Service Overview
HyprLoc provides software solutions designed to help businesses automate and manage customer interactions via the WhatsApp Business Platform and other digital channels.
We act as an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) and use Gupshup as our authorized Solution Partner for WhatsApp Business API provisioning and communication services.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be legally authorized to act on behalf of your business or organization.
- Comply with Meta’s and WhatsApp’s Business Policies and Messaging Guidelines.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the HyprLoc platform. Specifically, you shall not:
- Send unsolicited, bulk, or spam messages.
- Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Violate WhatsApp’s Commerce or Business Messaging Policies.
- Interfere with system integrity or attempt unauthorized access.
4. Data and Privacy
By using our services, you agree that we may process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect only necessary data to provide, improve, and secure our services.
You may request data deletion at any time by following the Data Deletion Instructions.
5. Service Availability
While we strive to maintain 24/7 service uptime, HyprLoc does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party downtime.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature without prior notice.
6. Fees and Payments
Certain services offered by HyprLoc may be subject to subscription fees or usage-based pricing. All charges are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, service marks, software, and content associated with HyprLoc remain our exclusive property. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use our platform for your business operations.
8. Limitation of Liability
HyprLoc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to HyprLoc in the previous three (3) months.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
